Club126 is organizing the 22nd international meeting in 2026.

As we really liked our accommodation in 2025, this year's gathering will be also held in Gyenesdiás, just 5 km away from Keszthely, which is one of the nicest cities around the lake.

So, in 2026 our base is again at Wellness Park Pension & Camping, which is at the border of Gyenesdiás and Vonyarcvashegy, at 800 meters from the lake.

The beach of Gyenesdiási is reachable on foot by around 8 minutes of walking through the back exit of the place. We have to mention that it seems a bigger distance than previously, but the wooden houses in the old camping were nearly at the same distance from the beach.

You can sleep in apartments, rooms and of course in tents as well, with proper bathroom. Apartments and rooms must be reserved in advance (see instructions below), sleeping in tent doesn't require a reservation.

The price of an apartment for 4 persons is 52 000 HUF/night.
Additional people can stay for: 0-4 years for free, 4-14 years 6 000 HUF/night, above 14 year 9 000 HUF/night, pets 3 000 HUF/night.

The price of the apartment contains the breakfast, but doesn't contain city tax.

Camping

Sleeping in tent is 4 500 HUF/person/night.
It's free for children at 0-4 years, 2 000 HUF/night at 4-14 years, pets 1 200 HUF/night.

The price doesn't contain city tax. Brekfast is available for 3 800 HUF.

If you plan to sleep in a tent, you don't have to reserve a place, but at the site it'll be expected to fill the plots.

To reserve n apartment or a room, please fill in the registration form, transfer the participation fee, then get in touch directly with Wellness Park (info@wellness-park.hu) and you will get instructions to secure your booking.

Until 5 February 2026 the accommodation booking is exclusively reserved for those who were member of Club126 in 2025 - they were also notified in email.
After 5 February 2026 the booking will be available to everyone, however before 31 March accommodation can be only reserved for at least 3 night (9-12 July). If you come earlier or stay longer, the same prices apply!

Participation fee

Like last year, we will not take a participation fee onsite. Instead, the participation will be only possible for those who transfer a contribution in advance, after registration to Club126’s account (HU86 1160 0006 0000 0000 4166 9387)

Contribution is 10 000 HUF per car for Club126 members and 13 000 HUF for externals. If you would like to pay this year’s membership fee, you can do it, then 10 000 + 5 000 HUF should be transferred.

People paying contribution can participate in all programs and competitions, can enter the camping, receive the meeting plate and gifts and can have accommodation on above discounted prices.

As per above, please transfer 10 000/13 000 HUF contribution (and 5 000 HUF membership fee, if applicable) to our account (Name: CLUB 126 EGYESÜLET, IBAN: HU86 1160 0006 0000 0000 4166 9387, SWIFT code: GIBAHUHB, Bank name and address: ERSTE BANK HUNGARY ZRT. 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26). Please mention your name/nickname in the comment section along with "Contribution". If you need additional support transferring the contribution or you need additional payment methods (Revolut, PayPal etc.), please contact us in email.

If you happen to not being able to arrive, you can ask a friend to pick up your package or registration can be transferred to another name, for this, please contact us.

If you happen to arrive without registration, you might be able to enter with a 20 000 HUF onsite donation fee, until places last.

Since 2023 filling the online pre-registration is mandatory, and the above described transfer must arrive in 5 business days, otherwise we'll delete the registration.
If you had the same meeting number in the past years, you have pre-registration right until 31 March.
This is shown in red below, but you still have to register, if you come.
